Origin of PUC

Technology originally developed as communication app for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing as well as a Video Remote Assistance app for the Blind.

PUC is based on the open source ACEAPP VTCSecure developed for the Federal Communications Commission.

Skype crashes way more than this app. I love the user interface and the real-time text adds a new and fresh take on communication. I'm curious what new services they'll have coming up. Glad I stumbled upon this.
